January Recipe - Pineapple Mint Smoothie
For a refreshing start to your day (and new year), blend together these 5 simple ingredients for a delicious smoothie. If you prefer to use frozen fruit, then eliminate the ice and add liquid (water, coconut water, or milk of your choice).

Pineapple and Mint Smoothie
Makes 2 smoothies.
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups pineapple
1/2 banana
3/4 cup yogurt
6 mint leaves
1 cup of ice
Instructions
Place all ingredients into a blender.
Blend until smooth. You might need to add a splash of water or milk/ nut milk to achieve a smooth consistency.
Pour into a cup and enjoy. Garnish with a mint leaf if you are feeling fancy.
