Here are some helpful food handling and preparation tips from the American Cancer Society to make sure you are practicing good hygiene and food safety practices.

The American Institute for Cancer Research has nutrition recommendations and shares research related to cancer and nutrition.

They discuss specific foods as well as suggestions to help individuals eat the "New American Plate" which focuses on eating a mostly plant-based, whole foods diet. They have a 12 week “new plate” challenge you can sign up for on website that includes weekly emails and group interaction on a Facebook page.
