NUTS + SEEDS

The article below by Heather Goesch in Food & Nutrition Magazine talks about 9 different edible seeds: chia, flax, hemp, mustard, nigella, pepita (pumpkin), poppy, sesame, and sunflower.  Seeds provide protein, unsaturated fat, fiber, vitamins, minerals and phytochemicals.
