Eat a variety of vegetables everyday! The more colors the better.

Including a wide range of vegetables in your diet ensures your body get the nutrients it needs. Some of these important nutrients include vitamins, minerals and phytonutrients. 

 

Variety is key! They serve as antioxidants in our body and help reduce inflammation and prevent disease in your body. 

 

Vegetables are a source of carbohydrates.  Additionally, they are a great source of dietary fiber.
